Poster produced during the Week and Art 2023 (WAT) competition on the theme Pandemonium! 🔥

"What is this light that shines like a beacon in the night? Does it guide us away from this purgatory?"

As she shines in the darkness of Pandemonium, this hellish deity has the rigid posture of the saints and angels of religious iconography. You have to get close enough to the static goddess to notice that her right hand indicates her allegiance to Lucifer while her left hand, pointing downwards, imposes silence.
Like butterflies attracted by the light of the bulbs, the damned crawl up to her with the hope that she will be their exit door (represented by the key), they who have prayed all their lives to reach paradise and life. eternal, still pray in the hope that their eternity is over.
I wanted to highlight the emptiness of prayer in the face of deities who have nothing to do with humans.
